Users can report inappropriate behaviour or content directly within the app or by contacting our support team.
We review reports seriously and take appropriate moderation action where necessary.
Age Restrictions
NOVA Matches is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform.
Cooperation with Authorities
Where required, NOVA Matches cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in investigations involving child safety and exploitation.
